Bird on track

Well recently i went to itaipava, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on a farm not very far from the city, and as i unusually have the opportunity of taking photos of nature and its beauty i went for a walk with my camera (which at that time was the Nikon D90) and my most favorite lens a Nikkor 18-200 VR (unfortunately i didn't have my tripod close by at the time). I found a nest of birds on a tree, and i found this bird which i don't exactly know the specie, but ill call it yellow bird, he started flying on my direction and i fortunately was ready with a fast shutter speed etc.. I took some pictures in Ch mode (continuos high) and between them i found this amazing one.
My only regret of this photo is not use a F/11 or more, limiting the depth of field making this ugly unsharp effect behind the bird. Other than that and of my photo sadly not be wanted in the APN group (animals, plants, and nature) i have no regrets…
